There have been plenty of times when I was rehearsing with bands and came up with ideas that ended up being forgotten, same with warming up before a gig. Would have been nice to have something like this around.
But at home it wouldn't serve a purpose because I can just as easily plug into my interface and record it in my DAW, or in something as simple as Audacity.
It's a good idea for those who aren't into using the various Apple products, but I don't know how well it would fare when those tech options are around.Sean Heimbuchnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5913752433926766420.post-82757884767058412732014-04-21T10:00:34.481-07:002014-04-21T10:00:34.481-07:00I think this is innovative though will eventually ...I think this is innovative though will eventually fall into the same category as electric salad spinners and battery operated carving knivesAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5913752433926766420.post-78574645161732645662014-04-21T09:58:34.856-07:002014-04-21T09:58:34.856-07:00I think this is innovative though will eventually ...I think this is innovative though will eventually fall into the same category as electric salad spinners and battery operated carving knives.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5913752433926766420.post-82890225518141843352014-04-21T06:18:01.302-07:002014-04-21T06:18:01.302-07:00Personally, I record almost everything that I do w...Personally, I record almost everything that I do when I sit down to write, or just jam. If I'm not recording it into my studio setup, then it's going onto my iPhone. Everything ends up in iTunes, and then a couple of times a year I revisit pretty much everything I've done to see if something strikes me as interesting. I rate the bits and pieces and make notes in the comments section of the song so that I know where the interesting bits are and what they are. sculleynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5913752433926766420.post-53004635788901682662014-04-21T02:54:45.803-07:002014-04-21T02:54:45.803-07:00I would like the idea better if it were a female/f...I would like the idea better if it were a female/female adapter. Plug it into your guitar with no cable hanging out, plug it inline on the way to your amp, or between the amp and headphones so you can record with effects. Personally, I just tab the riffs out on my phone so they can be sent to other band members right then & there.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
